• Peak season: a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.
• The above rates are inclusive of ABF, 10% service charge and 7%
government tax (VAT).
• Extra bed: 1,400B – incl. ABF.
• Meals: Breakfast 250B - Lunch 450B - Dinner 650B.
• Check-in time: after 1 pm. Check-out time: 12 noon. Late
check-out (up to 6:00pm): 50% charge. Check-out after 6:00pm: 1 night
charge.
• Children (over 2 but under 12 years of age), 50% off room
rates, extra bed rate, compulsory meals rate and transfer rates. Infants
(under 2 years of age): free of charge. A child is accommodated free of
charge when sharing existing bedding with parent; breakfast compulsory.
• All major credit cards are accepted. Guests must check-in with
passport.
• Compulsory Gala Dinners on December 24th: 2,500B;
and on December 31st: 3,500B.
Cancellation
Charge for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival,
“no-show” and early check-out:
• Low season: 1 night at applicable room rate (incl. service
charge and VAT)
• High season: 2 nights at applicable room rate (incl. service
charge and VAT)
• Peak season: 100% of total value of booking (incl. service
charge and VAT)
