Planet Divers offers day trips onboard “Choksomboon 9” (Click
here to see technical data & boat layout). The boat departs daily from
Saladan at either 7:00 or 8:00am bound for any one of the spectacular dive sites
in the Andaman Sea (see the map below for more information on the dive sites).
Journey times vary anywhere from 1-2 hours.
Your day will start with a pick
up at your hotel, after which you will be brought to the shop to meet the staff
and get acquainted with other customers on the boat. We have a maximum of 20 customers
daily on board, ensuring your comfort and creating an intimate atmosphere. We
dive with a comfortable ratio of 4 divers to 1 Divemaster, and our groups are
structured in such a way that divers with equivalent certification and/or experience
dive together. Breakfast is served onboard after the morning brief, and
lunch is served during the surface interval between your two dives. After lunch,
those wishing to take a swim or snorkel may do so, or perhaps a quick nap is more
your style – a moment to relax before taking the plunge again for your second
dive!
The prices for our daily trips include full equipment rental (discounts
will be given for those with their own equipment), hotel transfers,
insurance, and food and beverages on board. See our prices below.
