For the full beginners’ course, the duration is 6 days with an hour of coaching and 2 hours of practice daily. The advanced lesson has 3 hours of coaching and 3 hours of practice for 6 days. For each class minimum of 2 students are required. We even have the option of private coaching with an extra 15 percent fee.

Anemone reef & Shark point are all very popular, but not so frequented by Koh Lanta dive boats, due to their position in the open sea where strong currents and low visibility can occur often. This should not discourage experienced divers though, as the sites offer a tremendous amount of varied marine life and are truly unique compared to other dive sites in the area.
- [King Cruiser Wreck Site](https://blueplanetdivers.net/scuba-diving/our-day-trips/farther-deep-site-trips/king-cruiser-wreck/): On the 4th May 1997, the MS King Cruiser (a catamaran style car ferry) was travelling on its normal route transporting around 560 passengers from Phuket to Koh Phi Phi, as it had been doing since entering service in 1989. For unknown reasons, the captain veered off course and collided with the Anemone Reef, causing one of its twin hulls to rupture. King Cruiser Wreck site, the ferry slowly began to sink and finally came to rest on the sea cot less than one mile from the reef it had originally hit. Before sinking, all the passengers were safely evacuated with only a few injuries having been reported.

This island Koh PhiPhi Ley is the second biggest of the two main PhiPhi islands Ley & Don as well as the only vast island to be uninhabited, therefore offering several local nice and shallow house reefs. Further south-west and part of the national park there is a couple of small reef islets called Koh Bida Nai and Koh Bida Nok, both very popular for their biodiversity such as big schools and often spotted black-tip & Leopard sharks. 
- [Hin Klai](https://blueplanetdivers.net/scuba-diving/our-day-trips/local-shallow-site-trips/hin-klai/): Hin Klai Dive Site is located in between Koh Lanta & Phiphi which is a perfect dive sites for a shallow and easy third dive. This little cylindrical pinnacle topped at 6 meters from the surface is a very easy dive sites for all levels. Experienced divers find it very interesting as it is plenty of life and often met incredible Leopard sharks.
- [Kled Geaw Wreck](https://blueplanetdivers.net/scuba-diving/our-day-trips/farther-deep-site-trips/kled-geaw-wreck/): HTMS Kled Geaw Wreck Site is an old Thai Navy ship built-in the year 1948 for the Norwegian Royal Navy. After eight years, it was sold to the Royal Thai Navy, renamed and used as a transport support vessel. In this reef wreck, a number of large holes were cut in the ship helping it to sink. These holes allow qualified divers to enter and explore the interior of the ship.  It is a colossal wreck, 47 meters long and 382 tons heavy.
- [Hin Bida Site](https://blueplanetdivers.net/scuba-diving/our-day-trips/local-shallow-site-trips/hin-bida/): Hin Bida lanta site is between Koh Bida Islands and Koh Maa. This reef is well-known for providing the best chance of seeing leopard sharks, like up to five or six at a time, which practically makes this reef their home.
