EASY! We send online manuals and videos for you to learn at your own pace. You will need to watch the video then fill your online manual knowledge review and complete your final exam. Once you pass successfully this step you will practice how to analyze your first tanks. The next day, we will provide you free tanks on your day trip wherever you plan to dive with us. You will see that diving with Enriched Air Nitrox will make your diving life a lot easier.
You will go through the following main topics on this course: Understand air tank. Discuss managing oxygen exposure. Practice analyzing oxygen in your tank. Set your diving computer for a dive with Nitrox.
You will use all the same Oxygen prepair scuba equipment that certified Nitrox divers do. We have masks, fins, snorkels, buoyancy compensating jacket and wetsuits in all sizes. Our Equipement is yearly serviced with O2 set up for your safety by our dedicated certifed technician. We have mainly Scubapro brand which is a very competitive and strong equipment.
You must be fit for diving (see medical form below) and at least 12 years old. You need to be at least certified Open Water Diver.

My wife and I tried Discovery Diving with BPD. My wife can’t swim very well and got nervous a few times, but our instructor Corrina was very good and managed our dives calmly and expertly. James, the photographer, took some incredible pictures of our dives and we ended up purchasing them all. As first timers we thought maybe this was standard, but when we showed the photos to friends who went diving in Phi Phi island with a different operator (we didn’t ask who), they were blown away.

This was my first dive and I booked the discover scuba diving. I appreciate that the instructor was taking time to explain all the instructions and detailing what we saw after each dive. I felt like he had a lack of patience sometimes under water and that’s a pity when you work with beginners.. so I told him nicely to be patient. On board you have plenty of food and drinks which is always nice to have. Thanks to the thai guys for preparing everything but also by helping us to get off the water as it’s quite heavy. Overall it was a very good experience and I am looking forward to continue the Padi courses.

Absolute phenomenal! It was my first two-dive after OW certificate. I did a refresher course (if your last dive is more than a year ago you do a refresher for safety reasons), and my boyfriend did a DSD (Discover Scuba Diving). We had the best time and our instructor is really helpful! And the view was splendid. Saw a lot of fish and corals and other sea animals that I couldn't even name them! They also have a big boat with breakfast and lunch provided. If you want to experience the amazing underwater world of the Andaman Sea, just go to BPD and I promise you'll have a great time.
