เรือหลวงเกล็ดแก้ว เป็นเรือเก่าของกองทัพเรือไทยที่สร้างขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2491 สำหรับกองทัพเรือนอร์เวย์ แปดปีผ่านไป มันถูกขายให้กับกองทัพเรือไทย เปลี่ยนชื่อและใช้เป็นเรือสนับสนุนการขนส่ง ในเรือมีรูขนาดใหญ่หลายรูเพื่อช่วยจม หลุมเหล่านี้ช่วยให้นักดำน้ำที่มีคุณสมบัติเข้าและสำรวจภายในเรือได้ เป็นซากเรือขนาดมหึมา ยาว 47 เมตร หนัก 382 ตัน
Incredible sea life
Kled Gaew was sunk on the 19th March 2014 near to the west coast of Phi Phi Ley. It is a vrey young cargo wreck but you will be surprise by the amount of species leaving there. This is where to spot huge schools of fish! Yellow stripped snapper, barracuda, and even surprisingly cat fish schools just revover the whole ship. A perfect place as well for macro life inhabitats or rock fishes, all divers are loving it. The best time for diving this wreck will be the “High season” from November to May, but should still be dive able on most days during the rest of the year.

The DC provides the best experience ever. I've been diving with Emir for fun dives in Hin Daeng and Hin Muang. The visibility is so clear, it can go up... read more to 50m. I've seen a lot of bigger fish like Trivoli, Barracuda, etc. Not to forget, I met a whale shark in Koh Haa 1 too.

When the boat would arrive back my husband would tell me about his day. Our group went out on the boat for 3 dives a day for 5 days, (first two were 60 mins and the third was 45mins. My husbands group had both Josh and Erica as the dive guides, they both did a great job keeping the group together, they were easy to dive with, courteous, professional, and had fun. The Captain, who also came to get the group every day at the hotel was very nice, had a smile on his face and was safe regardless of driving the trucks or the boat. The boats are big and comfortable as mentioned in other reports, food and drinks were available. All and all it was a great experience and we will return again. thanks to all. In addition, I'd like to that Matt for all the pictures If made me feel like i was underwater.

, everything went on really fluent, the boat trip to the spots was enjoyable (thanks to the anti sea-sickness pills from the Diving Center), the food was delicious, the thai staff was extremely friendly, and the dives have been nice! I did the course because I am/was really afraid of deep water, the sea, swimming... I always felt like water is just not my element. With all the knowledge I got and my very calm and sophisticated teacher (thanks Raf) I managed to go down and keep breathing. From Dive to dive my fear shrunk and I could enjoy my experience. The only thing what I was missing was a long wetsuit as I started freezing at the end of every dive.

... read more One of the bests scuba diving centers in ko Lanta. They offer free transfer, and they have one of the biggest boats, which is very comfortable for long range diving trip. Also very kind and experienced Dive Masters. Moreover, there take care of everything, setting up all equipments, and then cleaning up after your dives. I will dive with them again!

All of that was connected to a lot of planning and compromising and Blue Planet and especially Max didn't call anything of it a problem and made it possible for me to dive in that small amount of time I had. The course and the people at Blue Planet is amazing. From my Pool Sessions to the last dive I have felt welcomened on the boat and part of a diving family. The diving instructors are very professional and take their job very serious. I can only recomment doing your certifications with them. Brice was the best instructor I could have asked for. He had enough patience for all my questions, called out the mistakes I made but also told me what I really did well. He loves to explain everything in detail what is very helpful. It might be more pricey here than in Koh Lanta but the courses are profesional, you are never more than four students per instructor and if you are as lucky as I was you might even have a 1 on 1 class. Definitely my best experience I had over my 4 weeks in Thailand.

Recommend to book him in advance. His schedule is tight. I'd awesome experience of Basic Diver course with Raf before. He has passion in diving and he knows how to address non-experience divers who may be nervous when jumping into the sea. He has good attitude and he's very professional, high patient and kind. Highly recommended!

The dive team is very professional, well organized, with attention to every detail to ensure everyone's safety. They took time to teach the required basics, and to answer all our questions about the diving process. Our dive instructor Philip did an amazing job looking after us and adjusting the dives to match our abilities. We did three 40+ minute long dives in three different sites with stunning underwater scenery. They also have a professional underwater photographer coming along for the dives, so you can get very high quality pictures of your adventures if you're willing to pay extra. The food was great, everyone was friendly, so overall an awesome day to remember!

Dive company with great attention to safety We joined as a family of 4. The guides were brilliant and so safety conscious. Filled me as a nervous diver with huge confidence. The dive sites were superb and the team tried to avoid busier places. Great focus on respect of marine life too. My youngest son enjoyed snorkelling with a dive master while we were diving. The guides gave detailed pre and post dive briefings. The boats were fantastic with plenty of space and the food was plentiful and superb. The whole crew worked hard while we were on board.
My wife and I tried Discovery Diving with BPD. My wife can’t swim very well and got nervous a few times, but our instructor Corrina was very good and managed our dives calmly and expertly. James, the photographer, took some incredible pictures of our dives and we ended up purchasing them all. As first timers we thought maybe this was standard, but when we showed the photos to friends who went diving in Phi Phi island with a different operator (we didn’t ask who), they were blown away.
This was my first dive and I booked the discover scuba diving. I appreciate that the instructor was taking time to explain all the instructions and detailing what we saw after each dive. I felt like he had a lack of patience sometimes under water and that’s a pity when you work with beginners.. so I told him nicely to be patient. On board you have plenty of food and drinks which is always nice to have. Thanks to the thai guys for preparing everything but also by helping us to get off the water as it’s quite heavy. Overall it was a very good experience and I am looking forward to continue the Padi courses.
Absolute phenomenal! It was my first two-dive after OW certificate. I did a refresher course (if your last dive is more than a year ago you do a refresher for safety reasons), and my boyfriend did a DSD (Discover Scuba Diving). We had the best time and our instructor is really helpful! And the view was splendid. Saw a lot of fish and corals and other sea animals that I couldn't even name them! They also have a big boat with breakfast and lunch provided. If you want to experience the amazing underwater world of the Andaman Sea, just go to BPD and I promise you'll have a great time.
